Responsible Gambling
Lilibet is committed to helping you play responsibly and fully enjoy your gaming experience with us. To support responsible play, we provide a range of customizable tools, including age verification, reality checks, deposit limits, activity history, timeout options, and self-exclusion. These features empower you to stay in control of your gaming activity.
AGE VERIFICATION AND PARENTAL CONTROLS
Membership at Lilibet is exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above. It is strictly prohibited and illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to create an account or engage in gambling activities on our platform.
Lilibet conducts age verification checks to ensure that our customers are legally old enough to use our services. We reserve the right to suspend any account and request proof of age documentation if necessary.
We recognize that the internet is readily available in many homes, as a result, we must work together to protect children from underage gambling.
Here are some tips for safeguarding children and young people:
Keep your username, password, and deposit information secure and out of reach..
Avoid saving passwords or using autofill features on your computer.
Use website-blocking software such as NetNanny, GamBlock and CyberPatrol.
Educate your children about the legal age requirements and potential risks associated with gambling.
ACTIVITY HISTORY & LIFETIME NET BALANCE
Your Lilibet activity history, including placed bets (Sports & Casino), bet winnings, deposits, and withdrawals, are stored here. Regularly reviewing your activity history helps ensure you stick to your budget.
Additionally, your lifetime net balance is available in the My Account overview. This shows the net amount (deposits minus processed withdrawals) since you created your Lilibet account.
REALITY CHECK
The Reality Check feature provides timely updates on your gaming session. It displays the duration of your play, as well as your wins and losses, along with a sum of all bets placed in the current Casino session.
The Reality Check appears as a pop-up covering the screen every 30 minutes. It allows you to acknowledge the information and decide whether to take a break or continue playing. You can customize this feature in your account settings to extend the interval to 60 minutes or deactivate it entirely, allowing you to tailor your gaming experience to your preferences.
DEPOSIT LIMIT
Each Lilibet player account can be tailored to suit individual needs. Applying a deposit limit is offered as part of the first registration process. This limit can be adjusted at any time based on your preferences.
Please note that increasing an already active deposit limit will take 24 hours to come into effect. After this period, you can manually confirm the change. If you change your mind during the 24 hours cooling-off period, you can cancel the increase request at any time. You can adjust and confirm your limits within the account settings.
Lilibet offers a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
TIME-OUT PERIOD
If you feel it’s time to take a break and manage your spending, you can apply a time-out. This period is customizable and can be fully controlled by you. Once applied, this action is irreversible, and you will not be able to access the account until the set period is completed. You can choose to time-out for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. All marketing material will also be stopped during the timeout period.
PERIOD SELF-EXCLUSION
If you need a more extended break, you can choose to temporarily exclude your account from all activities on the site.
The minimum exclusion period is 1 month, which you can set easily using the calendar menu in the Self-Exclusion section or by requesting it from our customer support.
Accounts are not automatically reopened upon the expiration of the period self-exclusion; reopening occurs only if you proactively attempt to log in after the period has expired.
All marketing material will also be stopped during the exclusion period.
If you decide to reduce or end this type of self-exclusion prematurely, you'll need to submit a statement with your decision. We’ll review your request and notify you of our decision regarding your reopening or reducing the exclusion period request. A 24-hour cooling-off period will be applied before any changes are made to ensure you have time to reconsider. You can apply self-exclusion here.
PEERMANENT SELF-EXCLUSION
If you choose Permanent Self-Exclusion, you're making a lasting decision to step away from gaming. You won't be able to access your account while this type of exclusion is in place.
If you wish to end the exclusion, a formal request should be made, explaining the reasons behind changing your mind about the self-exclusion status.
We’ll review your request and notify you of our decision regarding your reopening or reducing the exclusion period request. A 7-day cooling-off period will be applied before any changes are made to ensure you have sufficient time to reconsider. All marketing material will also be stopped during the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion can be applied here
Lilibet reserves the right to refuse any request to decrease the period or revoke self-exclusion.
